despite our obvious differences, it's clear that we are twins paigey... and how, do you ask, do two people such as us come together? a 16 and 21 year old, a spit fire and a calm, cool, and collected, a messy and a clean...er(?). well obviously some bigger event is taking place when people like us get together. so thank God things are falling into place with our friendship even when all else around us seems to fall apart. and thank God we both love puns and mewithoutYou and books and being neurotic and introspective and all that stuff. i can't explain why i live on your floor, but i'm glad to do it:)

That was the surprise! Oh Boba Chunk, we have missed you so much! It's good to have our little pretend family back together.

I have a surprise for Joy! I am just as happy as she will be, really. But I am not the one being surprised by this...not as much. I wish I could tell you all but I'm afraid she'll read this before she gets home (she has been at her sister's this week) I will post what it is as soon as she knows but for now, I'll leave you with this lovely bit;

I just wanted to give a little update here. And by update I guess I mean additional information since this will only be out third post, I suppose everything is still informational. I'm still not used to a joint blog so humor me here as I figure out what exactly to say. If the post maintains relevance to only the author and the combination of the posts makes a two-person-blog or if whomever is currently speaking is to speak for both parties. Questions, questions. This past weekend was a pretty big holiday...I think you know the one...my birthday. Duh, did you think I meant Easter? Same day, but no. Joy and I went to dinner with some great friends and then most of us walked around mill ave afterward, I'm sure Joy will post the pictures eventually. 
We also heard something horrible. Yeasayer is SOLD OUT! Tickets online range from $95-$250 I wish I could say that this didn't make it out of the question...pray for us, we're mourning.
Lastly, I wanted to post a few things I thought were awesome. I won't speak for Joy, that's probably the best way to do this.
